With school getting back into full swing, it’s no secret that we could all use a little boost in getting back into the daily grind. Studying, memorizing and presenting is not an easy feat for any of us, and memorizing pages of material for those dreaded exams is probably one of the most stressful parts of college.
In an effort to add a little fun to the memorization process, Coca-Cola has launched the Crammer Keeper, a free new online tool that turns notes into catchy tunes…helping you memorize your notes in a new and fun way. Users can select the voice, choose a track genre (hip hop, rock, etc.) and then download the song onto their computers and share with their classmates and friends. Might as well turn your boring notes into a hip hop single, right?
It gets better, though – to help spread the word around the launch of the Crammer Keeper, Coca-Cola is giving away an iPod Touch to one lucky CF reader! Read on for all the details on how to win!

My best study tip is not to wait until the last minute to study (when you can avoid it…lol). I love to rewrite notes or make notes cards, and study them. Also, take little breaks in between studying so you don’t get too tired of it. 🙂
I’m a little bit ridiculous when I study… I sing all my notes to songs on the radio. 😛 Once I memorize the notes, whenever I hear the song play it’s like studying without even trying!
I rewrite my notes, it really helps things sink in when I write it over and over again! and of course coffee is my best friend during exam weeks!
My best tip is to study, at the least, the night before, memorize everything before hand and then, the morning of the test, its easier to remember everything. I’ll even try to remember the notecards in the shower without looking at them, it helps!
I make flash cards and free myself of distractions. No Facebook for me 🙂
My study tip is to use flashcards.
want to get a clue? just go to class. done hook line and sinker
I definitely like complete silence, lots of reading, and usually massive amounts of note cards.
About 2 weeks before a test I laminate small notecards (like 1/2 of an index card) with vocabulary words and their definitions written on them and review them in the shower. It makes for loooong showers but it so works!
my study tips include: studying over a long period of time (no procrastinating), drinking lots of green tea, sleeping thoroughly, listening to classical or instrumental music, and taking a productive break once in a while
I like to study ahead of time and review the information as the test gets closer. Helps me with procrastination and it makes it much easier to memorize thing in small doses!
Absolute silence…and coffee.
My best study tip is to teach someone else the material or concepts that you are trying to study. If you can’t teach it or explain it to someone else you probably need to review your notes some more. However, I personally think using your notes at the same time is even acceptable too!
If you have a lot of material to read for something more historical, it helps to highlight key points/terms or annotate it the paragraphs as you read. Then, when you get closer to the exam, skim your annotations. If you don’t remember the significance or the details about what you highlighted, it’s best to just go back and read that section.
lots of snacks, listening to death cab for cutie, and typing notes while I read the chapter. and getting at least 8 hours of sleep.
My study tip would be to find what works for you. Personally, I need a quiet place. I also find that it’s really helpful to read definitions out loud/
I use a kitchen egg timer and set it for 30 minutes. The ticking helps to remind me to stay on track. After the 30 minutes is up I take a five minute break and then reset the time and begin again. I repeat this process until I feel prepared.
