If you’re anything like me, you’re probably feeling pretty stressed right now about everything that’s going on in the world.
As you’ve probably heard a million times already, social distancing is one of the most important things we can do right now to help the entire world get back to normal.
Even when everything is up in the air, it’s important to keep some semblance of normalcy in your life. It’s also important to try to stay positive about the little things. Putting together feel-good outfits is one way to do this, even if your only company is on the internet. After all, fashion really is all about dressing to make yourself feel good!

If you’re not sure what to wear at home all day, I put together three chic, relaxed looks that are perfect for social distancing. These outfits will not only help lift your mood; they are also cute enough to wear if you will be hopping on a Skype call or Zoom lecture.
Table of Contents
What to Wear at Home: Outfit #1
Products: Tunic – Old Navy, Leggings – Aritzia, Scrunchie – Aerie, Socks – J.Crew Factory, Slippers – J.Crew Factory
This simple, cozy outfit is ideal for those days at home when you aren’t entirely sure that changing out of your PJs is a good idea, but you’re not sure what else to wear.
To put this look together, just layer a comfortable, loose-fitting terry tunic over a pair of basic leggings.
Next, add a pair of adorable patterned puppy socks. If you’re someone who likes to wear slippers inside, these classic moccasin-style ones make for a great option.
Finally, since you’re just chilling at the house, chances are that you’re not doing much with your hair. A printed scrunchie is the perfect solution for hair that’s a little unkempt and/or overdue for a cut (absolutely NO judgment here from me, as I am definitely in the same boat as you!).
What to Wear at Home: Outfit #2
Products: Sweatshirt – Urban Outfitters, Shorts – Urban Outfitters, Tank Top – Old Navy, Espadrilles – Urban Outfitters
Though it might seem hard to believe, it’s officially spring right now, meaning that it’s time to start transitioning your wardrobe.
This super easy-to-wear matching set is exactly what you should be wearing if you’re stuck at home all day and still want to look spring-y. Tie-dye items are huge this season. Also, it gives off strong beachy vibes, which I think we could all use right now!
Pair the set with a basic henley tank and some daisy embroidered espadrilles, and you’ll look like you spent way more time putting together this breezy look than you actually did!
What to Wear At Home: Outfit #3
Products: Short Sleeved Sweater – H&M, Sneakers – Old Navy, Joggers – Old Navy, Cardigan – Abercrombie & Fitch, Scarf – Zara
If you’re stuck at home all day but don’t know what to wear when you still have to show your face on screen, then you will love this laidback look.
Begin by donning a lightweight, short sleeved sweater. After that, put on a pair of black, slim fitting joggers.
Accessorize with a leopard print scarf. If it’s still a bit chilly where you are, layer on a long gray cardigan too.
Last, put on some stylish platform sneakers and you’re ready to take on the day in style!

Be sure to stay safe out there! Wash your hands frequently and take appropriate measures if you’re not feeling well. Also, if you’re not sick, remember to practice social distancing to avoid becoming sick and infecting others. Finally, keep in mind that we WILL get through this eventually!
