When it comes to style icons, actress Katharine Hepburn is number one in my book. In an era where demure dresses were the norm, Katharine opted to wear men’s trousers, jackets and button-ups, thus breaking societal and fashion barriers. Her androgynous look has inspired the fashion world for decades, and with the resurgence of the menswear-inspired trend, her iconic style is the perfect source for fashion inspiration.

I absolutely love this look! I even bought a women’s skinny tie from this brand, Terracotta New York recently. Can’t wait to see more of this look!
Oops, meant the second one, oh well, haha, they are all great!! 😉
Love these, the first one especially! I would totally wear that to work; exactly my style!
Love your Katharine Hepburn post! Love, love, love.
Outfit four is my favorite. Love the button-down shirt and the red lipstick especially. Although I’ve always tended toward more of the girly outfits (skirts and dresses and heels), I feel so lucky to be related to such a classy lady and style icon. Katharine Hepburn was wonderful.
oh my gosh, I love every single one of these outfits! I think I’ve found my fashion idol!
All of these outfits are so great! Classic, chic, and I love the mix between feminine and masculine in each one. -Katelyn
